A little more than 48 hours remain in the Healthy New Year Video Challenge. Make sure to enter your video before 5 p.m. EST on February 16. $5,000 in cash prizes await.
If you haven't started shooting yet, there's still time! The video only needs to be under 2-minutes long. To get started:
- Review the rules and requirements.
- Write out a script of what you'll say/show in the video. (Need inspiration? Check out these helpful resources.)
- Hit record on your camera, smartphone, or computer.
If you've submitted a video already, why not increase your odds by making another one (or two)? There is no limit to how many times an eligible person or team may enter. An individual may also join more than one team.
