We're approaching the submission deadline for the Healthy New Year Video Challenge. If you haven't created a video yet, there's still time! Just under 2 minutes of video will put you in the running for great prizes:
- First Prize: $2,000
- Second Prize: $1,000
- Third Prize: $500
- Honorable Mention: $250 (3 prizes)
- Popular Choice Award: $750
Before you submit, please be sure your video meets these requirements:
- Your video contains ONE health-related resolution
- Your video shows how you will use specific technology to achieve your resolution
- Your video describes how you plan to maintain/keep your New Year's resolution
- Your video directs viewers to www.HealthIT.gov for more information
- Your video is no longer than 2 minutes
Review the full rules, and don't forget the most important part: have fun with it! Round up your friends and family to be in the video, and encourage others to make one too.
