Staying Fit With Dragon City
This is how I use technology to improve my healthy lifestyle change. I will continue to try and maintain a healthy diet and condition as much as I can. I will also update my food log every chance I get and will continue throughout the year to see my change and average calories per week. Communicating with my sisters [team] via facebook through Dragon City really keeps me motivated to stay in shape and keeps me up to date on anything I might want to get involved in so I can continue to work on my physically fit lifestyle.
